As Director of our Predictive Analytics and Customer Excellence team, Marc brings a wealth of telecommunications industry experience and knowledge to his role at TELUS Partner Solutions. Recognized for his leadership and broad expertise across sales, marketing and operations, Marc is passionate about delivering a best-in-class customer experience to TELUS customers.
Marc inspires his team to drive strategic transformational programs to modernize and improve the customer experience and intelligence as the business evolves. As owners of the digital experience strategy and self-serve roadmap, the team enhances Partner Solutions’ ability to offer in-depth business insights to increase win rates and deal value, while improving productivity and team member engagement.
Since joining TELUS in 2001, Marc has supported a broad range of activities including business planning, strategy, direct sales and customer support, reporting, and business enablement. Prior to joining TELUS, Marc worked as a Business Development Manager for global internet service provider PSINet, where he evaluated investment opportunities for their ventures arm and co-managed the Canadian Channel Alliance Program.
An ardent advocate for giving back to the community, Marc is an active participant in diverse fundraising events including the Becel Ride for Heart, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Cure Diabetes, and the Aga Khan Foundation Canada’s World Partnership Walk. He is also interested in supporting youth in developing countries through engagement in sport activities.
Marc holds a degree in computer engineering and management from McMaster University. He is based out of TELUS’ Toronto office.
