Partner Enablement, Strategy, and Optimization
As Vice-President, Partner Enablement, Strategy, and Optimization, Hanif brings more than 20 years of experience and unparalleled strategic expertise in telecommunications and software strategy, sales, marketing and management to the Partner Solutions leadership team. In his current role, he leads TELUS’ roaming team, the wholesale marketing and strategy team, in addition to managing TELUS’ off-net expense budget. His team supports delivery of TELUS’ objectives while crafting carrier strategies that drive significant value for Partner Solutions’ customers and partners.
Since joining TELUS in 2000, Hanif has managed a broad portfolio of technology products and services including all global roaming, innovative Internet of Things and M2M solutions, as well as voice, data and other wireline businesses. He has also had responsibility for TELUS’ global and domestic carrier markets, a mandate in which he leveraged his strong network of relationships with service providers worldwide to generate new and mutually beneficial business opportunities. Prior to joining TELUS, Hanif served as Corporate Services Director for CADvision, a leading Canadian provider of engineering software products and services.
Hanif holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University as well as a Masters in Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is based out of TELUS’ Toronto office.
